Maeve trusts Steve, so when she turns and finds him standing with some girl's hand on his chest, she doesn't do much besides arch her eyebrow at the girl. It's kind of shitty, moving in on a guy when Maeve is sure he's made it clear he's here with someone, but some people don't really seem to possess the capacity to give a damn about others.

As Maeve strolls over, hands shoved in the pockets of her jean shorts, her boots thumping heavily on the floor as she moves, the girl says, "Yeah, wow," as she slips her arms around Steve's waist and presses up against him.

Steve, though, is just looking at Maeve in a kind of dumbstruck, dreamy way.

"I think you've mistaken my boyfriend for someone else, pet," she says in a syrupy sweet voice, the sort she'd really only used when being a complete arsehole to Olivia or Ruby. And now this girl.
